VORO and cooking with a conscience

Gastronomy and charity have gone hand in hand at Cap Vermell Group restaurants for years. The business group created a healthy, tasty and solidary dish, Cap Vermell Salad, which is included each year on the menus at Vintage 1934 (Cap Vermell Beach Hotel), Hedonist Club (Cap Vermell Country Club), Balearic as well as the Pool Bar (Park Hyatt Mallorca) in a view to offering a delicious starter all while financially supporting a local non-profit association with the proceeds from the sale of this dish at the end of the season. Voro by Park Hyatt Mallorca will also reflect what is known today as cooking with a conscience. It’s an all-new gastronomic vision that promotes responsible consumption, the optimization of natural resources and the use of the most environmentally-friendly culinary techniques. Voro is not only a restaurant in a luxury resort on Mallorca but also a gastronomy project that promotes: - The use of fresh foods recently picked from the restaurant’s own garden - Support for local farmers Healthy, tasty and sustainable eating And it’s all done in order to make the world a better place through cooking and flavours.
